We are looking for a junior physiotherapist who would like to specialize in pediatric physiotherapy with a focus on children with special needs. Our holistic, interdisciplinary, and family-centered
the approach includes pediatric physiotherapy, adaptive play, functional communication, sensory integration therapy, elements of occupational therapy, home visits, and parent coaching. We offer a full-time position in a team of four other physiotherapists, a therapeutic assistant, a special needs specialist, and an early intervention specialist.
Salary: Junior position 19,255 ETB basic salary. Our benefits are amongst others: PF 14%, 23 days annual leave, health insurance, transport, continuous further training in pediatric physio, and early intervention.
Employment Period: 3-year contract with the possibility of extension

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
A in Physiotherapy – this time, we do not recruit graduates, only applicants with at least one year's work experience. You must be able to speak, write, and understand English perfectly, as our training language is English at a high level. Duties and Responsibilities:
Professional baseline assessment and definition of comprehensive therapy goals and objectives, development of therapy plans and group training, implementation of individual and group therapies evaluation and adjustment of therapy using Response to Intervention (RTI) in daily written documentation, writing of discharge and/or summary reports, ensuring complete documentation, coaching of parents and caregivers, collaboration in a multidisciplinary team with our mobility assistance workshop, supporting physicians, organizations and experts from abroad, ongoing training and practice
