Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Analyst with a strong background in business, international business, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in one of the mentioned fields and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of industry trends through comprehensive literature reviews and summarizing findings to inform strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research by reading approximately 60 journal articles provided by the company.
• Analyze, capture, and summarize key trends, insights, and data from the journal articles.
• Fill in an Excel spreadsheet with extracted key points from the articles according to a provided template.
• Compile and write a draft literature review based on the analyzed articles, capturing significant trends and insights in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Collaborate with the research team to share findings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed and maintain high quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, International Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to read, analyze, and summarize complex research material.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and insightful summaries.
• Proficient in the use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent worker with a high level of self-motivation and commitment to detail.
• Previous experience in conducting literature reviews or similar research tasks is highly desirable.
