Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other excavations as required for construction projects.
• Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or attachments.
• Operate the excavator's controls to manipulate the boom, arm, and bucket to perform various tasks.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure its safe and efficient operation.
• Communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and other personnel on the job site to coordinate work activities and ensure project goals are met.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate excavators of various sizes and configurations.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques, soil types, and construction materials.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in outdoor conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• 3+ years of experience
