Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with a strong background in motion graphics to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote our company and clients' brands through innovative graphic design and captivating motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and animate high-quality motion graphics for video and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under very tight deadlines.
• Provide expertise in selecting the best visual and creative elements for projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of designs.

Requirements:

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in both static and motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visuals.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics techniques.
• Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Must own a laptop with sufficient specifications to efficiently run design software and complete assigned tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
