Description:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to staff members, addressing all IT-related issues and inquiries on time.
• Collaborate with the software development team to research, analyze and encode data.
• Design and generate system reports for team leaders and managers
• Give adequate training for staff members  in person, via documentation and training videos as per scenarios

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software engineering, computer science, or any related field.
• Eager to learn and discover.
• Patience, politeness, and discipline.
• Prior exposure and knowledge of computer hardware.
• Proven networking skills (Networking course certification will be appreciated).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
