We're on the lookout for energetic and driven individuals to become part of our team in the capacity of Real Estate Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will be crucial to the real estate sales journey, tasked with identifying prospective buyers, matching them with ideal properties, and leading them through the buying experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales team, presenting properties to potential clients, supervising and negotiating sales agreements, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Job Description:

  • Daily Supervision & Support: Provide consistent, close oversight of the sales team each day, offering assistance in lead generation across various platforms and managing follow-up actions.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing tactics.
  • Reporting & Goal Setting: Compile sales reports and assist in establishing sales objectives.
  • Client Interaction & Deal Closure: Participate in property viewings alongside sales personnel as required, advising on sales techniques, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements with clients.
  • Market Awareness: Keep up with the latest developments and shifts within the real estate sector.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with fellow team members to guarantee client satisfaction and the smooth completion of transactions.
  • Professional Development: Attend industry-related events and conferences to broaden knowledge and extend professional networks.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a sales consulting role and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional skills in both verbal and written communication and negotiation.
  • Relationship Building: Strong capability in fostering client relationships.
  • Well-versed in the local real estate market and its trends.
  • Ability to operate both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
