Job Description

GSG MINING PLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary/office manager to support its office work. Candidates must be Ethiopian citizens and willing to work in every office secretary's duties and Responsibilities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrange internal and external meetings; takes minutes; helps the execution of decisions.
  • Prepare reports and materials for publications and presentations.
  • Organize and handle/maintain documents properly in their hardcopy and computer-based information.
  • Maintained manager's calendar /agenda; arranged and coordinated meetings & conferences.
  • Create transcribe /record/ and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Answer telephones and properly handle office equipment.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Organizing all types of paperwork including pictures, sound records, documents and computer-based information.
  • Handle all Admin Assistance & amp; office Management works of its department.
  • Other duties as assigned by her immediate supervisor.
  • Quick Result on Writing Letters to the Government and Private Companies on Time
  • Handling staff documents as Human Resource Duties
  • Controlling the office materials and arranging customer service Needs
  • Doing every company Event with a good performance
  • Immigration office Jobs, Ticket Issuance, and other Related Duties
  • According to the company Jobs, obeying and willing to participate in all the Duties
  • Devise and maintain office systems and space management.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) or Diploma in secretarial science, management, or any related social science field of study;

Work Experience:

  • 3+ Years of Experience; Experience from a recognized Business Companies engaged in Mining is advantageous

  • Customer-oriented, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Attention to Detail, punctuality and deadline-oriented,
  • Confidentiality, honesty, and quality of work are very important skills;
