To proactively serve our customers better and drive business growth, we propose the addition of an IT Analyst dedicated to Mobile Money and eB2B Partners support in our Ethiopia IT team.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Vendor Management:

The IT Analyst will cultivate strong relationships with identified vendors and partners. They will facilitate collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between our organization and these critical stakeholders.

Market Insight: In a rapidly evolving landscape, the analyst will conduct ongoing market research. Their findings will uncover emerging trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer preferences, enabling us to adapt and innovate effectively.

Product Innovation: The analyst will collaborate closely with partners to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements. They will prioritize requirements and oversee successful product launches, aligning our offerings with market demand.

Business Partnering: The role will largely interface with CD, customer service operations, and other relevant functions required to ensure successful benefits realization from eB2B and mobile money workstreams.

Compliance and Agility: The role will encompass monitoring and ensuring compliance with Mobile Money and eB2B regulations. Additionally, it will involve implementing best practices in data security and privacy to maintain trust with partners and customers.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum relevant working experience as an IT Analyst,
  • FMCG experience preferred
  • Experience in SAP, working with vendors;
  • Desirable experience in;- Project Management , ITIL V3 Foundation or higher
  • Networking certification e.g. CCNA, CCNP
