Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

BTL Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Planned, developed and executed innovative BTL marketing campaigns across various channels such as direct mail, email marketing, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

Creative Design and Branding:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual materials and promotional assets for BTL campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all BTL marketing materials and campaigns.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and product launches to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Work with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution, from logistics to on-site management.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of BTL campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and improving future BTL initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage BTL marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI on campaigns.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
