JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs on Forklifts, and reach trucks.
  • Installing and performing diagnostic tests on process systems such as pumps, and compressors.
  • Experience understanding of Boiler operation and maintenance.
  • General understanding of HVAC, Chiller, D-dust, Hot water generator operation and maintenance.
  • Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
  • Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
  • Maintaining water supply lines (plumbing skills, woodwork skills)
  • Operation and maintenance of water treatment plants (DM, RO Plants)>

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • National B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or National Diploma / TVET in Industrial Mechanics
  • Processing and packing Equipment experience is preferred

Skills

  • Core Engineering Skills and manufacturing experience in Mechanical and utility disciplines with 2 years of working experience in manufacturing setup.
  • Experience working as part of an extended team within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Required to support report writing, data analysis, and problem-solving.
