Job Description

Descriptions:

• Prepare the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
• Manage the farm's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Assisting the Farm Manager on a daily basis
• Assists in controlling costs
• Makes recommendations for operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• providing and interpreting financial information
• monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• managing budgets
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by the farm manager

Work Location

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/BA degree in accounting
• More than two years of experience in related positions.
