Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closing in a timely fashion
  • Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare, compute, file and pay local, state and federal taxes
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Able to Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Ability to Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Ability to analyze data and give correct interpretations

Work Schedule:- Full Time (The work schedule for this position is Full Time)

Job Requirements


  • B.A or Diploma in Accounting Or Finance


  • 3 years for a Degree and 5 Years for a Diploma in related fields.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures, and general auditing policies
  • Possess a great interest in working with different people
  • Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling of work assignments
  • Effective and explicit communication skills in both oral and written forms
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems relating to accounting and related disciplines
  • Ability to foster a friendly work environment for team members
  • Deep knowledge of the processes of the courts and legal documentation
  • Strong knowledge in the area of financial record-keeping procedures, laws, and regulations
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional ability to motivate, persuade, and influence others
