Position Title: Junior Human Resource Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resource Officer to join our HR team. The Junior HR Officer will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, assisting in conflict resolution, and participating in disciplinary meetings when necessary.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager or senior HR team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or work experience in an HR role is a plus.
