An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company - Ethiopia for the role of Regional Sales Manager. East Africa Bottling Share Company ( EABSC) works with the world’s most cherished trademark; invests in the most sophisticated production system in the world and employs people who are prepared to work with passion and focus.

The position is structured to report to the Sales Manager and is responsible for delivering volume and revenue growth by effectively managing the Sales team, implementing business plans and delivering Customer Service Excellence.

Leadership

• Management of the Sales Team
• Build Capability and Manage Performance
• Build and Motivate a high-performing team
• Execution of Sales & Marketing Business Plan
• Execution of Sales & Marketing Finance Routines

Sales execution

• Channel Development & Execution of Picture of Success
• Promotional Programs and Activities
• Demand Planning
• Key Project Management
• Formulate and Manage Budget
• Drive execution standards across all channels
• Ensure execution of Cooler Management
• Ensure business plan by channel by outlet.
• Promotional Programs and Activities: Implement National Calendar

Skills, Experience & Education

• First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/Business Administration or related field of studies
• A minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in sales and marketing of which 2 years in a managerial position.
• Must have a valid minimum Auto / Dry 1 driving license
• Hands-on experience as a Sales in a moving Consumer Goods environment
• Proven ability to effectively manage employees
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
