Roles & Responsibilities

  • Will run all the routing HR operations.
  • Recruitment & Hiring
  • Will supervise the employee attendance system
  • Will support the management team in all HR-related tasks
  • You will also engage in General Service tasks
  • Will handle issues related to office rent in different areas of Addis and Regions
  • Other assigned related tasks as required

Qualification & Requirement

  • You should have a minimum of BA in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Management
  • You should have a relevant and related experience of 3 - 5 years in HR Operations.
  • According to our company and work nature, Male applicants are preferable
