Job Description

Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation- wishes to invite applicants with the following qualifications and experience:

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares cost estimation for all construction activities before the start of their construction and compares these costs with the as-built construction costs.
• Prepare bill of quantities.
• Supervises school constructions, hand-dug wells, spring development, etc…
• Certifies contract payments.
• Prepare take-off sheets.

Number required: 1 (One)

Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Advanced Diploma or TVET Diploma in Building Construction.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years for BSc and 6 years for Diploma.

Language:

• A good command of spoken & written English
