D!NK, a dynamic media production and advertising start-up based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. We specialize in creating, producing, and packaging original content for D!NK TV, our digital platform, and offer product services for clients, partners, and sponsors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients for media production projects, advertising campaigns, and other business opportunities.
  2. Sponsorship Development: Build and nurture relationships with potential sponsors and partners interested in collaborating with D!NK for mutually beneficial ventures.
  3. Sales Pitching: Develop compelling and tailored sales pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of D!NK's services to prospective clients and sponsors.
  4. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions, finalize contracts, and ensure successful closure of business deals.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and identify potential business leads.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  5. Familiarity with media production and advertising trends.
  6. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Compensation: This is a commission-based position, offering competitive commission rates based on successful deal closures. The more business you bring in, the higher your earnings potential.
