Job Description

The Role of The Senior Sales Agent (Regional)

Contributes to the success by ensuring sales volume is optimized in the area of assignment.

Duties of the Position include:

  • Motivating a team of sales agents
  • Coaching sales agents and developing their potential
  • Making sure the shop always looks the standard set by the Company (e.g. visual displays)
  • Gets to know customers to champion safer betting at all times
  • Takes care of opening and closing the Company’s shops
  • Represent employer and provide information regarding products offered by the company to current and potential clients.
  • Find and acquire new customers.
  • Prioritize daily sales activities.
  • Respond to product and company-related questions; respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships; take feedback from customers so their opinions can be used to further improve the product.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Making sure that the shop hits its targets
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Perform any other assignments assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Sales Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

  • BA Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management or Accounting
  • 4 Years years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Familiar with the local Culture and Language (Somaligna)

Competencies

  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Focused on customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
