A Minimum of Level II Certificate in Food Preparation/ Kitchen Operation/ Foreign Dish Cooking/Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/Institute and completion of the catering training program from a recognized catering institute.
