Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage staff planning, recruitment, induction, development, appraisal and performance management and contract termination are in line with HR policies and procedures;
Oversees and coordinates all HR administration tasks including benefits administration; payroll, staff data, recording and induction;
Ensure all pertinent personnel information is properly captured, recorded and kept in a strict confidentiality;
Ensures that accurate and complete personnel records and filed correctly and kept confidentially;
Prepare job offer letters, and employment contracts and ensure that all staff fill out the required forms for employment;
Ensure all processes and procedures necessary to the administration of employee benefits are carried out in accordance with the established policies and procedures;
Ensure staff insurance is up to date, including data on staff dependents and utilization of the medical scheme;
Ensure all staff have received specific job descriptions and attached a copy on their file;
Ensure proper staff leave management is in place and communicate for timely utilization;
Maintain and update employees' HR database and payroll to ensure all staff movements, like transfer, promotions, demotions and other changes are captured accurately;
Prepare an assessment report of an exit interview for management utilization;
Handles personnel grievances and undertakes the necessary investigations, submits his/her recommendations to the respective supervisor/s;
Ensure the proper implementation of the company policy and procedure during recruitment, staff development and end-of-service process;
Perform other duties assigned and delegated by the Immediate Supervisor
Job Requirements
Academic qualification
BA/MBA in Management/Human Resources or related fields
Additional qualifications
Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential
Excellent inter and Intra-personal communication skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and well-organized work ethic
Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Excellent understanding and ability to analyze human resources functions
