PURPOSE

We are looking for an efficient Hotel Management Assistant to manage the daily operations of the hotel. The hotel manager’s assistant responsibility includes following up the check-in and check-out of guests, handling customer services, overseeing events and conferences, and supervising and inspecting of customer rooms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing day-to-day hotel operations.
  • Troubleshoot any issues arising in hotel operations.
  • Meeting & greeting guests with a warm welcome.
  • Assigning room location based on guest preference.
  • Performing administration tasks such as answering phones, greeting guest & maintaining records.
  • Monitoring the check-in and check-out of guests.
  • Manage & direct cleaners.

Qualification:

  • BA degree in management, Business administration or other related fields
  • 3+ years of work experience (at least 1+ year relevant experience)
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Experienced in administrative works
  • Who has skills such as communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and customer service
  • Previous work experience that shows your communication & people management skills is mandatory
