Job Description

The position holder will be supervised by the Finance and Admin manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Conduct data analysis to support sales initiatives and provide insights into market trends.
  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years experience in Administrative Assistant and Sales Analyst positions, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Sales Analyst.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
