Job Description

AHFA PLC is one of the companies in the Midroc Investment Group. The company is mainly engaged in the production of OCHE Spaghetti, OCHE Macaroni, OCHE Shortening, OCHE Ghee, and OCHE Ketchup importer of OCHE sunflower oil.

Job Description

• Shall record and balance received and issued stock.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Shall receive and record used items ready for disposal.
• Shall arrange and facilitate the cycle count.
• Shall follow up regularly on the day-to-day activity of stock clerks.
• Shall follow the rules, regulations and the warehouse procedure manual.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education and training:

• Purchasing & Supplies and Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Candidates interested in the position of Storekeeper should meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years for a Diploma and 2 years for BA.
• All educational certifications should be from accredited educational institutions.
• Basic computer knowledge system, like MS Office, Knowledge and experience in the
• implementation and running of ERP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Committed and result-oriented work ethics.
