Job Description

SHINTS ETP Textile Solution (South Korean company) plc. Invites applicants for the following posts.

Our company Shints ETP Garment needs to hire a Visa Officer to fulfill the following criteria;

• Stay informed about Ministry of Labor and Immigration rules, ETP labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Apply immigration and visa-related knowledge to day-to-day Human Capital operations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including passports, labor contracts, labor cards, EID, and photos.
• Ensure proper storage and documentation of employee visa-related records, both in soft and hard copies.
• Assist employees with Visa, Immigration, Golden visa and government-related queries.
• Ensure the timely processing of visa renewals and new applications to avoid penalties.
• Coordinate passport collection in adherence to deadlines. On
• Manage transactions related to work permits and residence visas
• Collaborate with the Ministry of Labor, Naturalization, and Residence department.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in visa and immigration compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using computer applications.
• Bilingual communication skills in English mean fluent in English.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Effective stress and time management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of ETP Labor law, and other regulatory and governmental entities, with a commitment to staying updated on legal and governmental updates.
