We would like to invite competent and qualified candidates to apply for IT Project Manager/Coordinator Position for Mass Enrollment.

Scope of the Work

  • Resolving complaints and requests from building tenants
  • Review requests for repair and maintenance or alteration of facilities
  • Assist the Finance Department by following up collection of rent payment
  • Assist preparation of the Rent Contract
  • Assist preparation of Employment Contracts (Permanent and Project Staff)
  • Maintain Employee Records (in soft and hard copy)
  • Payroll Preparation by using relevant data (absences, bonuses & leaves)
  • Post Job Ads and process incoming CVs

Duty station:- Addis Ababa

Salary:- Negotiable

Work Condition:- Permanent

Job Requirements


  •  MA/BA in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration

Work Experience

  •  2-4 Years Related Experience

 Required Skills

  • Writing Skills (both in English & Amharic), Communication, Teamwork, Time Management, Graphics Design, Utilization of Social Media platform
