Job Description

Dugda Construction Plc is a BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in Building Construction and special Foundations and supplied Ready Mix Concrete. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties

• All inventory control management activities including stock control, order processing, documentation and reporting, stock counting, and liaising with concerned parties.
• Ensures materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
• Closely works with the procurement team to ensure that sufficient materials, spare parts, and other input materials are available for continuous and efficient production.
• Monitors and tracks the inventory flow to identify slow-moving and dead stock.
• Produces daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
• Provides administrative support including processing requisitions, scheduling deliveries, and preparing reports, and performs general office duties including filing and answering.
• Provides necessary inventory reports for Cost units.
• Perform Calculate the stock balance and check it with the stock balance from the storekeeper and also compare it to the actual amount used for production.
•  Construct data accumulation systems for cost accounting.
• Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: -

• MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance and Related Field of study

Work Experiences: -

• 4/6 years and above at a Similar Position

Technical Competency

• Coordination, listening, communication and comprehension skills.
• Basic Computer knowledge, Peachtree & IFRS
