Role Context
Ensure all held shipments are scanned into Bond and given a location as per DHL and Customs requirements. To accurately process all Held shipments to ensure their clearance and release in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the correct procedure is followed for
- Scanning Shipments into bonds.
- Inventory Bond Scan.
- Scanning Out of Bond.
- Cleared in Bond Report.
- Bond Reconciliation Report
- Part Landed/ Short Landed/ Surplus Shipments.
- Multipiece shipments
- High Value/ Sensitive shipments
- Exception Shipments
Minimum Requirements
Education and experience
- Degree in any field
- Computer literate
- Driving License
