As a Business and Data Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic startup, working closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) to rapidly gather complex information and provide real-time insights. Your agile approach will help develop and optimize cross-functional business processes that align with our evolving needs, fostering close collaboration with our small and innovative technology team. You will actively participate in building solutions from the ground up, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and market analysis to ensure quick, informed decisions. Responsibilities

Collaboration and Information Gathering

• Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to swiftly gather complex information from various sources.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to understand evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with startup goals.

Business Process Optimization

• Assist in the development and optimization of cross-functional business processes.
• Rapidly adapt processes to align with the startup's evolving needs.
• Continuously assess process effectiveness and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Technology Solution Building

• Actively participate in building technology solutions alongside a small, innovative team.
• Help bridge the gap between business requirements and technology implementation.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Perform data analysis to uncover actionable insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visualization of KPIs.
• Assist in market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Agility and Responsiveness:

• Ensure the startup remains agile and responsive to changing business needs and market trends.
• Provide real-time insights and data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Airtable).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of work experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, or related role.
