Requirement

• BA degree /Diploma in Management, Supply management and related field
• Work experience -For degree 0-1 years and for diploma 2- years experience in ICT equipment purchase for IT company.    

Responsibility-

• Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in purchasing and distributing raw materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies in the organization.
• Ensure that primary items and commodities are available in sufficient supply to continue operations at required consumption rates.
• Prepares instruction regarding purchase systems and procedures.
• Prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices to purchasing staff.
• Analyzes market and delivery condition to determine present and future material availability and prepares market analysis report.
• Collects Performa invoices for the requested items and submits the same to the immediate supervisor.
• Assists in the preparation of price analysis tables for the purchase committee’s review and recommendations.
• Prepares purchase orders as per the recommendations of the purchase committee and purchases
