Job Title: Networking Projects Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Networking Projects Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of networking projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of network infrastructure and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinated, and executed networking projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, technicians, vendors, and stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and communicate project activities, milestones, and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success, implementing appropriate corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports summarizing project progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, change requests, and other relevant records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in networking projects.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure design principles and technologies (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Campus Network Infrastructure High-Level and Low-Level Design Experience
• Network Management and Authentication System Integration Experience
• Mini data center Installation Experience
• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure Deployment Experience
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure deployment experience
• Video Conferencing System Installation and Configuration Experience
• UTP Cabling System design, Installation, documentation
• Fiber Back Bone Cabling Experience
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or PMP are a plus.
•  Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
