ABOUT THE JOB

POSITION: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent  

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Degree in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Hotels and Tourism Management, Cooperative Business Management, Property Management, Management, Management, Marketing Management or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/University with a minimum 9 years experience on similar areas at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5-star hotel.

OR

  • Minimum of 10+3/College Diploma/ Level III Certificate in Food Preparation, Kitchen operation/ Foreigner Dish Cooking, confectionery, Baking and Pastry making or any related fields of study from a recognized catering Institute/TVET College with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in similar areas at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5-star hotel.
