GeezJobs - Recruitment Department would like to recruit highly qualified and Competent professional applicants for the Technical Project Manager position on behalf of a client company/Employer.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to ensure successful project completion.
CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for software and game development projects. Define and establish best practices and standards for CI/CD processes. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
Modern Software Development Practices: Apply modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, to project management. Foster an environment of continuous integration, testing, and delivery. Ensure adherence to coding standards, code review processes, and quality assurance practices.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, artists, and stakeholders. Foster effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives. Ensure alignment between technical requirements and game design.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks specific to game development projects. Anticipate potential challenges and obstacles and develop contingency plans. Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including management, clients, and other relevant parties. Ensure transparency and timely reporting of project status.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical documentation. Prepare regular project reports and provide insights on project performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in CI/CD pipeline implementation and modern software development practices.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, tools, and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Travis CI).
Previous experience in game development, with a solid understanding of game development frameworks, platforms, and tools is a plus.
