GeezJobs - Recruitment Department would like to recruit highly qualified and Competent professional applicants for the Human Resource Administrator position on behalf of a client company/Employer.
Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records. Ensure all employee data is up-to-date and properly filed.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Assist in preparing employment contracts and new hire documentation. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Benefits and Compensation: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Coordinate with external providers as needed. Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures. Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters. Maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations, providing assistance in goal setting, and maintaining performance records. Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in HR-related laws and update policies accordingly.
HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics, including employee headcount, turnover, and training participation. Provide data and analysis to support HR decision-making.
Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
3+ years experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
Solid understanding of HR practices and principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
