We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Store Keeper to join our team. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to the smooth operation of our store.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods. Verify the quantity and quality of items received and ensure they are properly stored. Regularly update inventory records to accurately track stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and anticipate inventory needs. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock. Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper stock rotation to prevent product expiration or obsolescence.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack orders for delivery or pickup. Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of all stock-related transactions, including receipts, transfers, and returns. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies. Provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure the store and warehouse areas are clean, well-organized, and safe for employees and customers. Implement proper storage techniques to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access to goods.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. Identify and report any damaged, expired, or faulty items. Implement measures to maintain product integrity and prevent stock losses.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Management or other related business fields
  • 0-2 years of Experience
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and generating reports.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
