Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead coding assistant in delivering coding lessons to Primary and High school students. Provide support and guidance to students during coding activities, projects, and exercises. Foster a positive and inclusive practical learning environment.
• Collaborate with the lead assistant to implement the coding curriculum effectively. Assist in developing engaging coding activities and projects that align with the learning objectives. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
• Provide technical assistance to students in understanding coding concepts and skills, using coding tools and software, and troubleshooting coding challenges. Help students navigate coding platforms and tools effectively.
• Assist in assessing and evaluating student progress in coding skills. Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their coding abilities. Maintain records of student performance and participation.
• Support the lead Assistant in maintaining a well-managed and disciplined lab environment. Assist in managing student behavior and ensuring a safe and inclusive practicing space.
• Collaborate with the lead coding assistant and other staff members to ensure the smooth functioning of the coding training program. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and program updates.

Qualifications 

• Have an interest in coding
• Has learned the basics of coding /computer programing.
• Any Educational background (Highschool, University or College)
• 0 years of experience
