Roles and Responsibilities will be:
- Lead on key accounts and offer strategic ideas in the development of all campaigns
- Lead the agency's ideas presentation and ensure deliverables remain faithful to the brief and are kept within the time frame and budget
- Establish relationships with new clients and maintains and nurture business relationships with new clients
- Identify 'at-risk' clients and offers support and guidance to ensure accounts are retained
- Monitors the work performance of the Account Services team, offering guidance and support where necessary
- Offers training to the Account Services team, ensuring each member is performing to their best ability
- Creates and leads major presentations for clients and prospective clients
Qualifications and Required Skills we would like you to bring with:
- BA and MA graduate in related field
- Proven people management skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Sound background in finance
- Proven presentation and negotiating skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proven time management skill
- English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
