Roles and Responsibilities will be:

  • Lead on key accounts and offer strategic ideas in the development of all campaigns
  • Lead the agency's ideas presentation and ensure deliverables remain faithful to the brief and are kept within the time frame and budget
  • Establish relationships with new clients and maintains and nurture business relationships with new clients
  • Identify 'at-risk' clients and offers support and guidance to ensure accounts are retained
  • Monitors the work performance of the Account Services team, offering guidance and support where necessary
  • Offers training to the Account Services team, ensuring each member is performing to their best ability
  • Creates and leads major presentations for clients and prospective clients

Qualifications and Required Skills we would like you to bring with:

  • BA and MA graduate in related field
  • Proven people management skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Sound background in finance
  • Proven presentation and negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven time management skill
  • English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
