We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of the bustling establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, while maintaining cost controls and managing budgets effectively.
  • Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and high employee morale.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract and retain customers, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Analyze sales and financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competition, making recommendations for menu changes, pricing adjustments, or other strategic decisions.
  • Uphold a strong focus on excellent customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
