We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our Recruitment team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, market research, finding & talking to potential employers/clients, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting Recruitment (interviews and sorting through applicants) to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Writing Reports for employers/clients about the recruitment
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Maintain strong communication between Clients/Employers
- Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
Qualification
- A Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Public Administration, Management or related fields
- More than 2 years of experience
- Experience with recruitment processes and marketing
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Excellent Communication of English - Mandatory
