We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our Recruitment team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, market research, finding & talking to potential employers/clients, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting Recruitment (interviews and sorting through applicants) to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Writing Reports for employers/clients about the recruitment
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Maintain strong communication between Clients/Employers
• Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.

Qualification

• A Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Public Administration, Management or related fields
• More than 2 years of experience
• Experience with recruitment processes and marketing
• Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
• Excellent Communication of English - Mandatory
