Ethiopian Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Co (ETHELCO) wants to hire a qualified and competent applicant for the following vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff planning, recruitment, induction, development, appraisal and performance management, and contract termination are in line with HR policies and procedures
  • Oversees and Coordinates all HR administration tasks including benefits administration payroll, staff data, recording and induction
  • Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position including conducting background and reference checks
  • Ensures that accurate and complete personnel records and files are systematically maintained
  • Ensure staff insurance, pension and other requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Prepare an assessment report of an exit interview for a management utilization
  • Coordinates activities such as special events, meetings, travel, training and staff gathering/retreat
  • Ensure that the property is being well managed and secured
  • Handles personnel grievances and undertakes the necessary investigations;
  • Submit his/her recommendations to his/her supervisor
  • Supervises and Verifies the preparation of personnel (Payroll) actions forms for an appointment, promotion recruitment, transfer and related personnel measures
  • Perform other duties assigned and delegated by the general manager or deputy G.M

Academic Qualification:

  • BA/MBA in Management, Human Resources or related fields

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential
  • Excellent inter and intrapersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude with high organizational skills
  • Proven problem solving and decision making aptitude

Years of Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven work experience in a medium to large scale company
