Position: Share Company Secretary/Assistant to the CEO
Qualification:
- LLB/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Literature or in other related fields of study from a recognized university
Experience:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, out of which two (2) years in a senior position
- Experience in the insurance industry and minute taking have an advantage
Qualities and Abilities
- Organize and keep information and records of the company
- Provide reports and other necessary information promptly to the concerned body
- Good oral and written communication, dependable and Team player
- Ability to take minutes
