Description of the role and Key responsibilities
Developing partnerships with our designated activation agencies as well as with NGOs and other similar agencies to partner with us in our consumer activation plans. Working with these activation agencies to roll out various activation programs on our key brands across the length and breadth of Ethiopia targeted at consumers. Develop the tool kit required for these activations by working on consumer insights and with the Unilever marketing team based in South Africa and then leading the deployment with the agencies in terms of efficient deployment, tracking, improving the program basis execution insights.
