Description: Strategic Communications

  • Support the communications of strategic findings across the firm, especially through the development of data-driven PowerPoint decks that connect insights to focus and guide decision-making.
  • Supports strategy, organization, and operations-related projects end-to-end: define the problem, develop a hypothesis, structure the analysis, collect the necessary data, and communicate findings succinctly and thoughtfully.
  • Under the direction of the SSO, supports the development of strategies by researching gaps, performance, and insights of Komari departments, the competitive environment, macroeconomic, and innovative industry trends.

Analytics

  • Analyzes quantitative (e.g. market analysis, consumer trends, economic conditions, etc.) and qualitative (e.g. objections, competitive strategies, winning applications, etc.) market feedback to establish strategic and tactical measures across Komari’s Lines of Business
    Responsible for hypothesizing, researching, sizing, testing, and analyzing to identify short and long-term opportunities for Komari, especially through building and maintain excel-based models.
  • Support the ongoing analysis and refinement of business-critical metrics and reports across all business levers, key performance indicators, and financials.
  • Leads the development and documentation of fact-based business cases including market/competitive landscape analysis, revenue opportunity identification, CAPEX requirements, return on investment, timing, etc.
  • Uses ROI and IRR to inform strategic firm decisions.
  • Good business sense combined with structured problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to deliver data-driven and results-orientated products.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; Visual Basic or R/Stata experience, preferred.
  • Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience building analysis-driven decks with compelling and clear data stories.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially building clear PowerPoint presentations

  • Ability to work independently; can prioritize and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • BA or BSC in any field with Attentive to detail and organization.
