Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist on master schedule preparation (resource, cash flow, etc)
• Assist prepare target cost
• Prepare and compiling daily productivity
• Assist Prepares projects resource monitoring and evaluation plan
• Involve in project plan preparation
• Continuously critically analyzing collected data
• Continuously updating projects and facilitators status as per the plan
• Assist projects on report reparation
• Monitor and Evaluation the progress of projects work in terms of time, quality and cost
• Coverage information for decision-makers
• Initiate and/or develop KPI
• Prepare projects periodic report to HO planning & monitoring Dep't
• Identify major gaps in the project's performance and further investigate the reasons
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Job Requirement

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or COTOM
• Minimum required 5+ years of professional experience gained within a planning position in various building projects
• Knowledge in Project Management

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Permanent after successful completion of probation period
