TIMEX TRADING PLC., a well-known Construction Equipment and Diesel power generators importer and distributor, would like to recruit qualified and competent professionals for the following vacant position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans organize and manage Equipment sales & marketing activities.
- Implements appropriate sales procedures, provides guidance & support to the sales staff to improve efficiency & quality
- Prepares annual budget, reviews it periodically to ensure performance is in line with budget.
- Exceeds or achieves sales and marketing targets, prepares regular reports.
- Carries out market, competition and price analysis and submits reports on a regular basis.
- Manages and controls the sales team.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of ten years of work experience, out of which four years in sales of construction equipment.
- Proven supervisory experience of a modern sales organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good communication and salesmanship skills. Good driving skill with driving license.
- Should be capable of understanding all technical literature, and should have basic P.C. skills
